Cookie dough bites made in Vermont & delivered right to your doorstep! I make all of my bites in small batches to order. Please take a few moments to read this all BEFORE you purchase with Green Mountain Baked.

***Please note that ALL my bites are prepared in a facility that uses wheat, soy, dairy, peanuts and tree nuts.***

❤Please ENJOY your dough bites within 5 days of receiving and store in an airtight container or Zip Lock bag. Place in freezer to maintain freshness for up to 1 months.

Green Mountain Baked is a FULLY licensed bakery in the state of Vermont. Inspected & regulated. Green Mountain Mini baked operates within the FDA regulations as set by the Vermont Department of Agriculture. All items are prepared in compliance with the Vermont and my local health department. My kitchen and I are completely smoke-free.

Returns and exchange details

Once an order ships, it is out of my hands. As a result, Green Mountain Baked is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages by the USPS, weather/disaster conditions, damaged or melted packages. Your satisfaction is our priority so we will try to resolve any problems you may encounter. Before leaving any negative feedback, Please contact me first…I want to make your purchase Memorable…and Delicious! If there is a mistake on my part, I will do what I can to help resolve the issue. Please contact me if you have any questions before buying as these terms are firm. All sales are final! Thank you!

Payment

I accept credit cards & PayPal for online orders. *I also accept Etsy gift cards! Did you know that you do not need a Paypal account to check out using Paypal? When you are transferred to the secured PayPal page, look for the words, “Don’t have a PayPal account?” or similar option. You may of course pay from your Paypal account should you have one already. I feel this is the safest option for consumers as PayPal uses the latest SSL encryption and merchants are never exposed to your financial information.

Shipping

All orders are made to order. Average processing time is 1-3 days. Sometimes I may be able to do RUSH orders, so please be sure to check with me for turnaround time.

**To ensure your bites arrive fresh at your doorstep, I process all orders MONDAY ~ WEDNESDAY. I do this so your order doesn’t get delayed in transit over the weekend. Orders are made fresh and to order. I do my very best to get ALL orders out before estimated shipping day, but can not guarantee an exact shipping date.**

Please be aware…. You are Ordering an EDIBLE FOOD Product. My stuffed bites are handmade, they are small and fragile. They are PERISHABLE! I ship anywhere in the USA. (*not to territories or other countries at this time)

I ship ALL my orders USPS priority mail, and the expected delivery is 1-3 postal business days.

Please have your order shipped to an address where someone is available to receive it upon delivery! DO NOT leave it in a MAILBOX or on your FRONT PORCH. The chocolate will melt!

***All items will be shipped to the address confirmed during check out. It is the buyers’ responsibility to make sure that address is correct before completing the check out. I will not be responsible for a returned item due to the wrong address. I pack my donuts with great CARE for every order…I hand pack each batch and carefully prepare them for shipping…However, please understand that damage may occur during transit, and I cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or unforeseen weather conditions. Once the package leaves my hands, I can not guarantee how the package/s will be handled during transit. As I stated I do ship via USPS to try and keep postage reasonable. Please be aware that once the dough bites leave my bakery, they are in the hands of the USPS. I send tracking information when the donuts ship.***

All orders are shipped according to your date, please be sure to INCLUDE the date when placing your order. Once your order has been marked as “shipped”, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note, my dough bites are of a delicate and fragile nature. Great care and effort is put into packaging your order; however damage may occasionally occur during transit.
